National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) intends to hire services of an Environmental Laboratory for "Environmental Monitoring Sampling and Testing of Wastewater, Surface Water, Drinking Water, Ambient Air and Noise for the Project titled Gwadar Smart Port City Master Plan".

The introduction of the Project and Terms of Reference (TOR) / Scope of work can be obtained from NESPAK Karachi Office from the address given below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) in the shape of bank draft in the favour of National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited during working hours or can be downloaded from NESPAK( and PPRA ( website.

The laboratories approved from Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) possessing capacity to execute works as per the National Environmental Quality Standards (NEQS), 2010 are invited to submit their sealed proposals as per Single stage – One envelope procedure (PPRA Rule 36 (a)) along with EPA approval certificates for the above-mentioned services by December 08, 2017 at 11:00 AM on the address given below. The envelope of bids shall bear the name of the project and clearly mark "TO BE OPENED BY BID OPENING COMMITTEE ONLY". Late proposals shall be rejected. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives who choose to attend. NESPAK will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Proposals.

The selected laboratory must be able to mobilize to site within 10 days of award of work and submit report within one month after mobilisation. NESPAK reserves the right to accept or reject any/all offers according to provision of PPRA Rules 2004.
