NESPAK established a specialty group with a handful of architects in 1973, offering Architecture & Planning (A&P) services. This group has emerged as the most reliable and reputable consultancy in the country. Its success lies in the continuous efforts of the staff and management to excel in this field. Dedication towards professionalism and commitment to deliver the best to its Clients has earned NESPAK a place as a forerunner in this field. It employs around 87 professionals and 187 para professionals including a team of 35 architects & planners, well-experienced in their respective fields. The services provided by the Division range from conception to completion of projects including project planning, feasibility studies, master planning, land use planning, designing, tender documentation, valuation, construction supervision and project management etc. A&P Division (Lahore) NESPAK has successfully handled 302 local and overseas projects. The Company also has the credit of securing maximum number of projects through national and international design competitions..

Architecture & Planning Division (A&P) NESPAK started its journey in 1987 at Karachi. The Division brings together a multidisciplinary team of 44 professionals, including 36 highly qualified and experienced architects, town planners, engineers, and other para-professional staff, with expertise spanning over architecture, urban and regional planning, engineering coordination, and project development. The Division successfully undertook its first major assignment, the Prime Minister House, Islamabad, establishing a strong foundation for its subsequent portfolio of landmark projects. Since then, A&P Karachi has provided comprehensive consultancy services covering the entire project lifecycle from conceptual planning and architectural design to detailed design, documentation, construction supervision, and project management and completion. Over the years, the Division has successfully completed and/or undertaken more than 100 projects across a diverse range of sectors and scales. Its portfolio reflects extensive experience in architectural design, master planning, urban development, healthcare, institutional and public sector projects, and other specialized developments. A&P Karachi has also demonstrated its design excellence by successfully securing projects through national and international design competitions, reflecting its commitment to innovation, quality, and context-responsive design. In addition to serving clients in Pakistan, the Division has provided architectural and planning consultancy services to NESPAK's overseas offices, contributing its professional expertise to projects beyond the country.
