NESPAK established a specialty group with a handful of architects in 1973, offering services in the Architecture & Planning (A&P) Sector. This group has emerged as the most reliable and reputable consultancy in the country. Its success lies in the continuous efforts of the staff and management to excel in this field. Dedication towards professionalism and commitment to deliver the best to its Clients has earned NESPAK a place as a forerunner in this Sector.

It employs around 87 professionals and 187 para professionals including a team of 35 architects & planners, well-experienced in their respective fields. The services provided in this sector range from conception to completion of projects including project planning, feasibility studies, master planning, land use planning, designing, tender documentation, valuation, construction supervision and project management etc.

A&P Division (Lahore) NESPAK has successfully handled 302 local and overseas projects. The Company also has the credit of securing maximum number of projects through national and international design competitions.

Architecture & Planning Division (A&P) NESPAK started its journey in 1987 at Karachi. A&P Division Karachi has some of the best professionals in various fields of architecture and planning, having staff strength of 44 employees including 36 highly qualified and experienced architects, town planners, engineers and other para professional staff. The first major project successfully handled by this division was the Prime Minister House, Islamabad. It provides a wide range of expert consultancy services ranging from conceptual to completion of development projects. Division Karachi has so far handled more than 100 projects.
