Introduction

NESPAK’s Human Resource function was established in 2005 as a dedicated HR Unit to strengthen human resource management and employee development. The function was further strengthened in 2011 with the introduction of structured recruitment and selection, HRIS, performance management, training and development, succession planning, reward management, and other employee-focused initiatives. In 2022, administrative and coordination-related functions were integrated into the Human Resource Division, followed by the merger of the Business Development Division in January 2025.

In 2026, the Human Resource Division was renamed the Corporate Affairs, Coordination & Human Resources (CAC & HR) Division), reflecting its broader mandate and expanded responsibilities.
