Introduction

NESPAK established a Specialty Division in 1975 to render services in the Environmental and Public Health Engineering (E&PHE) Sector. The Company now possesses complete expertise for all facets of project implementation including preparation of Pre-Feasibility & Feasibility Studies, Infrastructure Planning, Project Planning, Detailed Design, Tender Documents, Construction Supervision, Design Review, Evaluation and Third-Party Validation of projects in various sectors. Over the years, E&PHE Division has successfully undertaken more than 415 projects across a wide range of sectors. Its experience extends to major urban centers and cities throughout Pakistan, as well as numerous international assignments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, State of Qatar, Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraq, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Nigeria, Tanzania, and Sudan. The Division has a workforce of approximately 900 professionals, Para-professionals and support staff, comprising highly qualified civil, environmental, material, chemical, electrical, mechanical engineers, contract experts, environmental specialists, GIS analysts, sociologists, HSE specialists, site supervisors, quantity surveyors, surveyors, para-professionals and support personnel including administration, IT and finance staff.

The Division has also worked on projects financed by leading international development and donor agencies, including the Asian Development Bank (ADB), World Bank, Islamic Development Bank (IDB), and USAID.
