Introduction

The Power and Mechanical (P&M) Division has grown from a small section established at the inception of NESPAK in 1973 into a multidisciplinary division with extensive experience in the power and energy sector. The Division has undertaken 448 assignments, of which 400 have been successfully completed, while 21 assignments are currently in progress.

The P&M Division provides comprehensive engineering consultancy services across the complete project life cycle, from feasibility studies, planning and design through preparation of bidding documents, bid evaluation, contract award, construction supervision, testing and commissioning, to post-construction services. The Division also provides specialized services for assessment of contractors' claims, contract administration and settlement of disputes between clients and contractors.
