NESPAK Islamabad Office was established in 1988 and has undertaken numerous projects of national importance. These include NUST, PTET Tower, ISE Tower, UBL Building, EOBI House, Emigration Tower, Islamabad International Airport, International Islamic University, NASTP Aviation City, Pak Secretariat Office Buildings (T, U & V Blocks), PEC Additional Block Office Building in Sector G-5/2, Development of Sectors G-13 and G-14, Islamabad, and Naval Anchorage Housing Scheme, among others.

The office is currently engaged in several ongoing projects, including the CAA Tower Office Building, NADRA Headquarters Building in Blue Area, Islamabad, and numerous infrastructure development projects.

NESPAK Islamabad Office operates from its own building in Sector G-5/2, Islamabad, and houses a team of highly qualified professionals from various disciplines, including Project Management, Architecture, Planning, Structural Engineering, Plumbing & Infrastructure Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Contracts and Business Development. The office is overseen by the Divisional Head and has a staff strength of more than 390, comprising professional, para-professional and support staff.

Located in the Red Zone of Islamabad, in close proximity to major government offices, the NESPAK Islamabad Office has a covered area of approximately 8,919 square metres. The office is headed by Engr. Mukhtar Arshad, who has more than 35 years of experience in the design and supervision of engineering projects.

NESPAK Islamabad Office provides a comprehensive range of consultancy services under one roof, including design, design review/vetting, procurement of construction contractors, construction supervision, contract management and project management for a wide range of major development projects.
