Saudi Arabia

NESPAK made its debut in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by setting up a joint venture with the Ar-Riyadh Development Authority in 1978. Its work later expanded across environmental and public health engineering, highways, architecture and planning, water resources, dams, oil and gas, industrial facilities, airports and ports.

Oman

NESPAK started operations in the Sultanate of Oman in 1982 with a technical assistance assignment for the Ministry of Electricity and Water. Since then, it has delivered major assignments in highways, water supply, sewerage, dams, ports, harbours, architecture and planning.

Qatar

NESPAK established its presence in Qatar through consultancy work across landmark buildings, sports facilities, infrastructure and urban development. The Company continues to support projects that combine planning, architecture, engineering design and construction supervision.

Iran

NESPAK operated in the Islamic Republic of Iran through its Regional Office in Tehran, established in 1989. Its first assignment began in 1990, followed by water resources and dam engineering projects that drew on NESPAK's specialist consultancy strengths.

Afghanistan

NESPAK's Regional Office at Kabul was established in June 2003 to support rebuilding and rehabilitation work. The Company acquired assignments across infrastructure and development programmes, including projects that helped restore essential services and connectivity.

UAE

NESPAK stepped into the United Arab Emirates in 1975 with the New Township Al-Wathba project in Abu Dhabi. It later established a Regional Office and completed assignments related to buildings, sewage, roads and military facilities.

Nigeria

NESPAK established its Regional Office in Lagos in 1973 and secured early water supply assignments connected with the Soba, Saminaka and Zonkwa Dams project. Its Nigerian portfolio grew through years of work on major engineering and infrastructure assignments.

Iraq

NESPAK established a Regional Office in Baghdad and a Project Office in Mosul in 1981. Its consultancy services in Iraq focused on irrigation, water supply, sewerage and agriculture, supporting major works during its years of operation.

Yemen

NESPAK began consultancy operations in Yemen in the late 1980s with the Wadi Siham Project. After a pause, it resumed work in 2002 and undertook assignments in water resources, irrigation, flood protection, construction management, technical assistance and oil pipeline works.
