NESPAK established its Regional Office Peshawar in 1980 to consolidate project activities across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and strengthen coordination between NESPAK and the Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The office has been operating from NESPAK's own, state‑of‑the‑art House Building at Hayatabad Phase‑V since July 2012.

In August 2022, the office was upgraded to a full‑fledged Division known as the Peshawar Office. The division maintains residencies in all eight divisions of the province (after the FATA merger) and is staffed with highly qualified engineers, architects, planners, and professionals dedicated to delivering quality consultancy services.
