NESPAK keeping in view the Asian Games in 2006 and the Keconomic growth forecast for the State of Qatar, NESPAK Management adopted a proactive approach in the year 2003 and opened a branch office in Doha, the capital of Qatar.

The first project undertaken was the design of the 16-storey Al-Mansoor Tower at the Doha Corniche in 2005. The task including detailed architectural & engineering design was accomplished successfully. Later, NESPAK won through competition the post-contract consulting services for the Al-Sadd Sports Club Phase-II, a stadium which hosted some of the events for the Asian Games. To date, NESPAK Qatar Office has undertaken a total of 26 projects worth US$ 405 million involving design, construction supervision and feasibility studies. The total strength of NESPAK employees in the State stands at 68 including nationals from Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Philippines.
