Mr. Javaid Aslam, (Hilal-e-Imtiaz,) is a retired civil servant with 40+ years of distinguished service in senior government positions, primarily in Punjab. He also served as Secretary to the Prime Minister of Pakistan and President of the ECO Trade & Development Bank in Turkey.
He held key leadership roles in the province of Punjab including Chief Secretary Punjab, Chairman Planning & Development, Additional Chief Secretary, and as Secretary of Excise & Taxation, Education, Transport and Labour. He also served as Commercial Counsellor (New York, USA).
Mr. Aslam is highly qualified, holding Masters degrees in Administrative Sciences (University of York, UK), and English Literature (Punjab University), alongside multiple executive programs at Harvard, UNESCO, and ILO.
